Little Kid Reaction: From the first reading, our preschooler loved pointing to the letter emphasized on the page.
Big Kid Reaction: I am in awe that someone could pull together an A to Z for baseball. The poetry is not near as awesome as the illustrations and the baseball history.
Pros: There is great longevity for this book. Younger readers will enjoy the alliteration, older readers and parents will enjoy the more detailed descriptions of the game.
Cons: None.
Borrow or Buy: Buy! Especially if you have a baseball fan (young or old) in the house.
Educational Themes: Aside from learning the alphabet, you can share America's past time with your kids.
