Summary: When 12-year-old Gena looks in the mirror one morning, she is startled to see that her reflection has been replaced by a girl who looks nothing like her. Gena and her friends Juniper and Anne try to unravel the mystery of Gena’s missing reflection. This is the sixth installment in the Fortune Tellers Club series.

Little Kid Reaction: A little predictable, but overall a good book. I enjoyed the cat character. He was a little creepy.
Big Kid Reaction: This was a good read but not as exciting as some of the other books in this series. The concept of a lost reflection is interesting and the methods by which the main character hides her swapped reflection from others in her family is funny, but the ending does not live up to the endings of its predecessors.
Pros: A simple story that will captivate a young reader and will keep him/her interested. Kids will like it, and a good reader can get through the book easily in less than two hours.
Cons: The ending was abrupt and left the reader hanging a bit.
Borrow or Buy: Borrow this one, unless you are collection the series. You might as well spend the five dollars. It’s good to have the complete set and this book does have its highlights.
Educational Themes: There are really no educational themes in this book. It does highlight the ability of children to find their own solutions to problems.
