Little Kid Reaction: S/He liked playing with the cards and reading the prayers and "squeezing my eyes real tight."
Big Kid Reaction: Because the Dad in our house travels for business, these are handy to have when our toddler asks where he is. S/He is really too young to understand all that the postcards offer, but they are wonderful and s/he can still remember "my Daddy."
Pros: This set of cards offers a wonderful way for kids to "talk" with Dad by sending him notes. It's also a great for helping kids understand and express their feelings for temporary separations, such as travel.
Cons: The book disappears when you've written the postcards.
Borrow or Buy: Buy! In fact, buy two, because you'll want to keep a set at home, even when your child writes notes with the other ones.
