Young Reader Reaction: My daughter loved this book and all the pink pictures. We read it several times, and she made me wait until she had looked at everything on the page before she would let me turn it. She really enjoyed the ending.

Adult Reader Reaction: I loved the book, too. It was cute, fun, and easy to read. I knew my daughter would like it, I was surprised how much she loves it.

Educational Themes: Although everything in Posey's world is pink, the story opens the door to thinking about other colors. It gives you a chance to talk about what happens when someone closes their mind or carry strong opinions ... and how to deal with that.
